Returns and Refund Policy
At Smart Movie Projector, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your Smart Movie Projector or other electronic products, our Returns and Refund Policy is here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items that have been modified or damaged by the customer
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [customer service email or phone number].
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refund Eligibility:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
- Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in their original condition, missing parts, or items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact our Customer Service team at to info@smartmovieprojector.com for assistance.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
